Every single year, you declare what you want - you've got your
New Years Resolutions...
New Affirmations...
"Word for the Year"...
You even get specific and write it down as a goal.
Yet even though there was major progress, there was also missed opportunity, often because of unexpected twists and turn over the course of the year.
Many people end the year far from where they had initially imagined.
Why?
Because they created sloppy, google plans IF THAT.
They asked ChatGPT to tell them how to run their year. (good luck)
They hit a goal and didn't know where to go next because there were no layers to their plan.
Or they decided to just "wing" it like they normally do.
In short, they did not have an actionable Strategic Plan for the year...

MY 2023 MASTERPLAN
Coming into 2023, I decided that I would find new profit centers in my business and new streams to get clients in the door.
New ways of THINKING about my business.
We had used an automated evergreen webinar funnel to earn 7M++ cash collected over the span of a few years...
but you know like I do that if your entire business is dependent on ONE sales pipeline it is VULNERABLE to over-saturation, changes in technology etc.
I decided that I would figure out not only how to sell differently,
but how to do it without a sales team which we had been dependent on for years.
Having enough sales people was consistently our top bottleneck and we often had MORE people wanting to work with us than we did people who could connect with them.
I know, it is a blessing of a problem.
But after 3 years, it is too long of the same problem.

But after 3 years, it is too long of the same problem.
As the CEO I decided to do whatever it would take to figure. it. out.
The FIRST thing I did after that decision was create a strategic plan for 2023.

- Who I hired.
- Who I released from the business.
- What Mastermind I joined for the year.
- The 5 different sales paths and methods I tested over the course of the year.
- What strategies I implemented at what time in the year.
More than that, it determined the new strategies and higher level value I was able to share with my clients this year.
A lot of people think that success is based on how much you desire it...
Or "claim" it...
Or even "envision" it.
But you can do all of that...
without a STRATEGIC PLAN, you are wasting your time.
You're even lying to yourself.

Our First 2024 Strategic Plan Case Study
Let me explain what I mean...
So my husband stepped back into full time music this year (we met playing and touring professionally and took a 5 year break to stabilize our family financially). When he got back to doing that full-time, it was in the middle of the year so we completely didn't think about creating a plan.
Last weekend as we did our usual Sunday chilling/ watch a documentary/ growth time, he looked at me and said-
"Ok babe, I have a question."
"What's your question?"
"I want to earn $XXX,XXX as an artist next year but [INSERT HIS TOP BOTTLENECK...] I lost my touring momentum over these last few years and now no one knows about me. How do I do it?"
(I can see some of you counting the X's, yes, there is no typo 😂😂😂).
"Are you sure you want me to answer that?"
"Yep."
"I'll be taking off my wife hat and putting on my coach hat..."
"Do it."
"Say less.
The first thing we're going to do is create a Strategic plan for your 2024."
"When?"
"Now." (Mind you, it was already 11pm and my hubby is NOT a nightowl like me. But he was serious.)
"Let's go."
So we did.

So we did.
We spent the next 4 hours creating his strategic plan and setting up a 4 Layer goal structure that would cascade on each other and result in him hitting the $XXX,XXX mark as an artist within 12 months.
His level 1 goal was to scale his network by 536% with the RIGHT people who want/ need his services.
We outlined a 3 path process for doing that.
(And fleshed out the rest of the plan).
At the end of it all he said wait, why don't we just do this first step right now?
Of course we can.
Because when your PATH IS CLEAR, YOU DROP THE PROCRASTINATION!
We stayed up just 10 extra minutes to implement ONE of those 3 pathways.
From that ONE implemented strategy, he hit 36% of his goal FOR THE YEAR 5 days into creating his plan.
Do you understand that????
Being VERY conservative, he will hit 70% before January 1st. And we haven't even implemented the 3 paths ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
He went viral from that one strategy.
What's my point?
When you set a goal, you are only 25% of the way there.
If you do not have the right plan for execution, you WILL spin your wheels.
You WILL waste your time.
If you do not have the right mindset to tackle that plan, you will look at it and it will look at you. Both you and the plan frustrated as all get out.
So let's fix this.

He grew his following by 15x in the last 1.5 weeks - yes. Do the math.

No "BUYING FOLLOWERS" because BOUGHT bots don't hire you.
